Pickup windows run from 3 PM to 11 PM on available dates. Choose a window you can attend, then plan appropriate cold storage until you are ready to eat. Late pickup does not mean same-day orders are accepted.
Check delivery windows
Delivery windows run from noon to 7 PM and depend on ZIP-specific capacity. If you cannot receive food during an available window, consider pickup rather than leaving a delivery unattended.
Check facilities at work
A refrigerator and suitable reheating equipment help you plan safely. Follow supplied food instructions, and do not assume a meal can sit at room temperature throughout a shift.
